Even now, several years after the Reformation jubilee, some of us, who played an active part in it, still have tasks pending from back then: this time a review of a small, but not insignificant book about World-Lutheranism. Actually, time seems to have changed in the past years and perhaps made the relevance of this book even more obvious now than in 2017. It definitely came as an interesting duty to read and ponder upon it today.

The book was edited by the German systematic-theology professors Friederike Nüssel, University of Heidelberg, and Hans-Peter Großhans, University of Münster, who both are seriously involved in ecumenical work.
